TOWN OF LAFAYETTE -- Doreen M. (LeMay) Roshell, 39, of the town of Lafayette, passed away at her home.
She was born April 19, 1962, in Chippewa Falls, the daughter of Donavan D. and Patricia E. (Dietrich) LeMay. She attended Cadott Schools, graduating in 1980. She also attended Chippewa Valley Technical College in Eau Claire graduating with a degree in Childcare.
Doreen married Dennis Roshell on March 5, 1988. They resided in Chippewa Falls until moving to Cadott in 1998. She worked as a child care provider and later was employed as an Appointment Secretary at the Urgent Care Facility in Eau Claire.
Survivors include her husband, Dennis; her daughter, Elizabeth Ann; her son, Benjamin Karl; parents, Donavan and Patricia (Dietrich) LeMay; sisters, Debbie (Doug) Ellis, Diane (Don) Dulian, Denise (William) Dulian, all of Chippewa Falls, Dona Crank of Cadott, Dorothy (Victor) Hart of LaCrescent, Minn.; brothers, Daryl "Butch" (Meri) LeMay of Pecatonica, Ill., David LeMay of Cadott, Dean (Sherrie) LeMay of Glenwood City and Daniel John LeMay of Ashtabula, Ohio; nieces and nephews, Courtney and Adam Ellis, Jeremy Dulian, Sara, Jason, Christopher and Erik LeMay, Nicole and Anna Dulian, Erin and Brent Crank, Melissa and Marie LeMay, McKenzie McIlquham, Hannah Hart, Kelle Young and Brandi Johnson; great nephews, Stephen and Devin Lightle; Godson, Kyle Baldeschwiler; stepchildren, Melissa (Jim) Eisold, Karrie Roshell, Kristen (Corey) Robertson; stepgrandchildren, Brittany and Austin Robertson, and Zachery and Megan Eisold; her in-laws, Marvin and Barbara Roshell; brother-in-law, Brian Roshell; sister-in-law, Lynette (Dan) Skarweski; and nieces and nephews, Joseph and Jordan Roshell and Jessica and Casey Skarweski.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Donavan E. and Ruth (Lueck) LeMay; maternal grandparents, Karl T. and Leone (Heagle) Dietrich; niece and nephew, Stephanie and Corey Lewis; and brother-in-law, Timothy J. Crank.
Her family, her nieces and nephews, and the children she cared for dearly loved Doreen. She was a good and faithful friend, always there to help whenever anyone needed her.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 9 at the English Lutheran Church of Bateman with the Rev. Curt Rohland officiating. Burial will be in the St. Rose Cemetery, town of Sigel.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Leiser Funeral Home, Cadott, and also one hour before the service at the church on Saturday.
