RIZE ribbon cutting

Menommonie Area Chamber of Commerce ambassadors celebrated the opening of RIZE Nutrition, one of downtown’s newest businesses.

Rize Nutrition is one of downtown Menomonie’s newest resident businesses and is offering a unique value proposition to residents of all ages — a quick lunch that tastes like ice cream and is actually healthy.

Located at 544 South Broadway, RIZE opened its doors on April 3 and in its first month of operation served more than 1,500 healthy meals made up of three things — an aloe water, herbal tea and a shake that has 24 grams of protein, 21 vitamins and minerals and is only 200 calories.

On May 18, Menomonie Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting to welcome RIZE to the business community. RIZE is the culmination of a dream that co-owners Kalie McNallan and Angie Niska have shared for years. Both are long-time fitness instructors with a passion for helping people achieve their wellness goals and keep their bodies healthy. The pair also offer individual wellness coaching outside of the normal business hours of 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. Contact RIZE at 715-309-2706 and at facebook.com/rizemenomonie.
