DURAND, Wis. — Beverly Lynn Blagen Bermudez, 61, unexpectedly passed away Tuesday, Jan. 16, 2018, from a brain aneurysm.
She was born in Durand, to Ben and Delores (Shaw) Blagen.
She is preceded in death by her father, Ben Blagen; her stepfather, Keith Williams; her grandparents, Ludvig and Eva Blagen, Robert and Freda Shaw; and her stepdaughter, Destiny. She is survived by her loving husband, Many Bermudez; son, Noel Smith (Lori), Kiel Smith (Dannica); stepchildren of Shawn, Steve, Yvonne (Jeremy), Amy, Dan and Vikki; grandchildren, Grady Smith and expected twins, Trevor and Evelyn; her mother, Delores Williams; her brothers, Ronald Williams (Pat), Richard Williams (Janice), Gary Williams (Debbie); her seven sisters, Barbara Blagen Stephens (Tim), Bonnie Blagen Dams (David), Bernadine Blagen Best, Laurane Williams Kuhlman (Mike), Christine Williams Alm ( David), Julie Williams (Doug) and Mary Nell Williams, her aunt Lorraine Blagen Nobel, uncle Ludvig Blagen (Eileen). Further survived by over 50 nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
She grew up in Menomonie before moving to Greendale, Wis. She attended St. Paul’s Ev. Lutheran Elementary, Menomonie High and graduated from Greendale High School. She was an avid horseman. She loved her husband, children and family and cats. Beverly worked for BCBS for many years before becoming a school bus driver in Muskego (16 yrs).
Funeral service was held Monday, Jan. 22, in Franklin, Wis.
