Ideal 4-H club did their share to support the dairy industry by giving away free root beer floats to promote June Dairy Month. On Thursday, June 20, 4-H members from the club gave away root beer floats at MarketPlace Foods in Menomonie. This is the third year that MarketPlace Foods has supported 4-H and the dairy industry by donating some of the supplies for the root beer float give away.

4-H members handed out the dairy treats to young and old customers alike. What tastes better on a warm summer day than cold ice cream! It was great to see the smiles on peoples' faces as they enjoyed their treat.
