Join Mayo Clinic Health System and the Aging and Disability Resource Center for a Living Well with Chronic Conditions workshop on Fridays, March 23–April 27, from 9:30 a.m. to noon in the Education Center at Mayo Clinic Health System–Red Cedar in Menomonie (2321 Stout Rd.)

This free six-week workshop is for those who have, or live with someone who has, a chronic condition, such as diabetes, heart disease, arthritis or another long-term health problem. Learn about managing the condition to maintain an active and fulfilling life.
