Sunshine and clear skies made up for the nippy temperature that greeted more than 200 attendees  — including 1-year-old Lucy Kuester posing as a cowgirl — at the annual Fall-O-Ween celebration at the UW-Stout Clock Tower Plaza in Menomonie on Saturday morning.  Dressed in costumes, children enjoyed many games activities, and refreshments, as well as a trick-or-treat parade through downtown businesses. The event was hosted by Main Street of  Menomonie, Inc.
