A Chippewa Falls student has won the American Legion Post Level Oratorical Contest.
Daniel, a senior from Chippewa Falls High School, won the contest held at the Chippewa Falls Middle School and earned a $100 award. Modl will now compete at the Chippewa County Level Contest against winners of contests in other communities.
