Chippewa County’s Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan will be discussed during an open house from 4-7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 6, at the Chippewa County Highway Shop, 801 E. Grand Ave., Chippewa Falls.

There will be a short presentation at 4:30 p.m. Members of the county’s advisory team along with staff from the West Central Regional Planning Commission will be at the session to answer questions.

Maps of paths will be reviewed at the session. The public’s thoughts about the county’s bicycle and pedestrian needs are being sought by officials.

The bike and pedestrian plan will be done in the fall of 2018. Another open house is planned for the summer of 2018.
