Chippewa County law enforcement and emergency response agencies responded to the following calls:

12:11 a.m. A Lake Hallie officer arrested Kara Dee Laiti, 36, for OWI first offense on 130th St. at County OO.

2:09 a.m. J & S Tavern, 26566 County X, reported a fight inside and outside the tavern. A deputy asked for EMS for two people injured. Wayne Dekan, 26, was arrested for battery. Billie J. Birch, 28, and Lynn M. Dekan, 28, were arrested for disorderly conduct.

(Note: An earlier version, based on what was incorrectly recorded in the sheriff’s log, stated that Harold M. Dekan, 52, was arrested for battery. He was not arrested.)

2:12 a.m. Bloomer ambulance responded to Martin Road for a report of a 16-year-old female with alcohol poisoning.

8:52 a.m. Mary L. Woznial reported an aggressive German Shepherd with no collar had a property owner pinned in a garage at 12318 County AA. Bloomer Constable Travis Leuck responded.

9:18 a.m. Mega Express, 1433 Commercial Blvd., reported the theft of gas of $56.17.

10:01 a.m. Robert P. Sutton reported tools taken from a job site at 3487 S. Joles Parkway.

2:05 p.m. Thelma E. Chapek reported her residence at 27751 80th Ave., Cadott, appeared to have been shot many times with a BB or pellet gun.

4:56 p.m. A caller reported the theft of two puppies from 290th Avenue and  Highway 27, Holcombe.
