Marshall J. Meistad was sentenced to a year in jail after pleading no contest to sixth-offense OWI.

Meistad, 31, of 319 N. 7th St., Cornell, will be credited for 63 days served under the ruling by Judge Steven Cray on Monday. Meistad will have Huber privileges.

He was also sentenced to three years probation, 300 hours of community service, and any counseling required. His driver’s license will be revoked for 36 months, and he will be required to have an ignition interlock device for 36 months.

Meistad owes the court $ 2,146.60 in costs.

Charges of felony bail jumping and operating while revoked were dismissed but read in for sentencing.
