Kristy Ann Micke, age 38, of Chippewa Falls, formerly of Stanley, passed away on July 1, 2013 at her home.

Kristy was born June 3, 1975 in Chippewa Falls, the daughter of Denny and Jean (Van Domelen) Sakach. She grew up in Stanley, graduating from Stanley-Boyd High School. She went on to further her education and became a registered nurse.

Kristy is survived by: her two daughters, Emily and Madeline Micke; her father, Denny (MaryAnn) Sakach of Rice Lake; two brothers, Craig (Jeanne) Sakach of Eau Claire, and Mike Sakach of Neilsville; three nephews and one niece; and her two dogs, Duke and Cooper. She was preceded in death by: her mother, Jean; maternal grandparents, Leslie and Katherine Van Domelen; and paternal grandparents, John and Margaret Sakach.

A memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, July 6 at 10:30 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church, Stanley, with Fr. William Felix officiating. Inurnment will follow in the parish cemetery. Visitation will be held from 9-10 a.m. at the Plombon Funeral Home, Stanley, prior to services at the church on Saturday.
