Raymond “Ray” Kaczmarczyk, 86, died peacefully Wednesday, Feb. 7, 2018, in Eau Claire.

Ray was a loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather to his family. He always made people smile wherever he went. You knew you could find him by listening for his whistling. Stories of his life as a farmer, beer distributor and a custodian at Stanley-Boyd Schools, were often told with a twinkle in his eye and an incredible sense of humor that will be greatly missed.

Ray is survived by his loving daughter, Terri Rae Kaczmarczyk (Mike); son-in-law, Brian Fenner (Kris); grandchildren, Clinton Fenner (Christine), Courtney Fenner; and great-grandchildren, Evelyn Georgia, Olivia Rose and Wilson Herrick. Ray is preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis; daughter, Georgia; his parents; and all his siblings.

Celebration of Raymond’s life will be held at 5 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 15, at Immaculate Conception Church, 1712 Highland Ave., Eau Claire. Visitation will take place from 4 p.m. until time of service at the church.
