Vice president to speak at UW-Eau Claire
Vice President Joe Biden is scheduled to speak at 11 a.m. Thursday at W.L. Zorn Arena on the campus of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
Doors will open at 9 a.m., according to the Obama-Biden campaign.
“The vice president will lay out what’s at stake for middle class families in this election and the president’s plan to continue to restore middle-class security,” the campaign said.
Tickets for Biden’s speech are free and the event is open to the public. Tickets will be required for admission.
One ticket per person will be given on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Tickets can be picked up through 9 p.m. Tuesday at three campaign locations: 405 S. Barstow St., Eau Claire: 105 21st St. North, Menomonie; and 901 4th St., Hudson.
