The Chippewa Falls Police Department responded to the following calls:

Friday, April 6

3:17 a.m. Mitchell W. Schultz, 22, was apprehended on a Chippewa County warrant at A Street and Summit Avenue.

11:18 a.m. Aaron D. Whiteley, 25, was apprehended at 210 E. Central St. on two outstanding warrants from Eau Claire County.

2:21 p.m. Officers responded to the skateboard park on Bridgewater Avenue where a car was reported to be driving recklessly in the parking lot. A citation was issued to a juvenile driver.

5:33 p.m. Terrie K. Kinderman, 47, was arrested at 114 Michael St. for bail jumping and obstructing a police officer.

9:14 p.m. Michael A. Moulton, 54, was arrested for OWI at Bridge and Spruce streets.

Saturday, April 7

10:08 p.m. A purse was reported stolen from 1044 Spruce St. The purse was valued at $70 and contained an iPod and $30 cash. Incident reported by Jessica Modl.

Sunday, April 8

12:00 a.m. Robert Earl Jones, 27, was arrested for OWI in the 200 block of River Street.

1:24 a.m. Peter Ritter, 24, was arrested for OWI #2 at Summit and Park avenues.

9:49 a.m. Corie Bergeron, 32, was apprehended on a Department of Corrections warrant.


The Chippewa County Sheriff’s Department responded to the following calls:

Friday, April 6

12:19 a.m. Anthony Foslid, 28, was arrested for OWI #3 following a traffic stop at County T and 33rd Avenue.

12:27 a.m. Amanda R. Arneson, 19, was arrested for underage consumption of alcohol at Highway 178 and County CC, Cornell.

2:45 a.m. A two-person fight was reported in the parking lot of Holiday, 2750 120th St., Lake Hallie.

Saturday, April 7

2:49 a.m. A Lake Hallie officer arrested Anthony D. Haas, 31, for OWI first offense on County OO.

5:05 a.m. A deputy arrested Tanja L. Turner, 24, for operating after revocation on County F.

9:31 a.m. A cellular caller reported an erratic driver in a red Dodge Neon consuming alcohol while driving at high speed. A deputy stopped the vehicle on Highway 29 near Stanley.

10:30 a.m. A caller reported a reckless driver southbound on Highway 53.

1:54 p.m. A caller reported a reckless high speed driver in an orange pickup on County P.

6:26 p.m. A cellular caller reported two vehicles, a Jeep and a Buick, racing in the area of 155th Avenue and Highway 40 in the Bloomer area.

Sunday, April 8

7:50 a.m. A caller reported a one-vehicle accident north of 9536 300th St., Boyd, with no one around the vehicle. The investigating deputy reported property damage at the location. Raymond F. Hakes, 26, was later arrested for operating after revocation in connection with the incident.

1:22 p.m. A Cornell officer arrested William T. Anderson, 49, for OWI first offense on County CC.
