Three Chippewa Falls High School students were expelled this week.
Two female freshmen students have been expelled through the 2009-2010 school year after they were arrested on Dec. 3 for for delivery of schedule III narcotics at the school.
The two were allegedly selling or trading prescription Tylenol with codeine, according to Chippewa Falls Police. The girls have the option of early readmission as early as next fall if they meet certain stipulations which the school board set.
A senior student will not be allowed back into the district until after his 21st birthday.
Joel D. Kolb, 17, was arrested at the high school on Nov. 25 for disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and representation depicting nudity without the persons’ consent and knowledge for having nude photos of females, including one juvenile.
There was no readmittance stipulation on his expulsion.
