Pro life — all life

We stood with the students at Chippewa Falls High School on Wednesday morning, joining students across the United States. There were no teachers, only four adults including the organizers, parents of their children in school and one other adult beside ourselves. It was disciplined, quiet, meaningful and necessary. It was a vitally needed display of empathy, a memorial to so many students killed not only in Florida, Connecticut and Colorado, but all those killed and wounded in so many other places in our increasingly uncivil nation. It was also a protest, a prayer and a plea for Pro Life, all life on Mother Earth.
