Becky Swanson, division director of marketing communications for HSHS Sacred Heart and St. Joseph’s hospitals, was named a Hospital Marketer of the Year by DTC Perspectives, Inc., a conference, training and publishing company for the consumer marketing of hospitals, pharmaceuticals and health care products. She is one of nine other marketing professionals honored nationwide.
The award recognizes hospital marketers driving innovation, spearheading great creative and working toward better branding for their hospital, health system or facility.

Swanson joined Sacred Heart and St. Joseph’s hospitals in 2007 and has 30 years of health care marketing experience. She is a featured presenter at the 2016 Hospital Marketing National Conference in Atlanta, where she will receive her award.
