Dean L. Lotts, 40, of 7342 203rd ST., Chippewa Falls, died unexpectedly Friday, May 25, 2001 at his residence.

Dean was born on March 6, 1961 in Chippewa Falls, the son of Dennis D. and Irma L. (Hager) Lotts.

As a child, Dean grew up in the Chippewa Falls area. Dean was a survivor of Chronic Asthma and he spent several years of his childhood at the Asthma Research Center in Denver, Colorado. He graduated from Chippewa Falls Senior High in 1981. Dean worked at Green Acres Transmission, and recently worked as an Auto Body Repairman and General Mechanic at Cadott Auto Sales.

Dean is survived by his father, Dennis Lotts of Cadott and mother, Irma Lotts of Cadott; son Travis Pooler of Cadott; sister Becky (Gregg) Parker of New London, Wis.; and brother Dale Lotts of St. Paul, Minn. He is also survived by two nieces, Amanda Lotts and Sara Parker and one nephew, Eric Parker.

He was preceded in death by one sister, Cindy Lotts and his grandparents.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 29, 2001 at 11 a.m. at the Cadott United Methodist Church in Cadott with Rev. George Olinske officiating. Burial will be in the Bloomer Cemetery in Bloomer.

Friends may call at the Leiser Funeral Home in Cadott on Monday from 4-8 p.m. and also one hour before services Tuesday at the church.
