Hampton groundbreaking

Hosted by the Menomonie Area Chamber of Commerce, a groundbreaking event for the new Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton hotel just off Interstate 94 in north Menomonie took place on May 18.

The property, owned by the Wogernese Family dba Keystone Hills LLC, celebrated their groundbreaking at 2017 Stout St. Menomonie, site of a future Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton hotel. The 86-room hotel will be managed by Ledgestone Hospitality, LLC of Chanhassen, Minn.

Construction, led by Hoeft Builders Inc. and Excel Engineering is expected to be completed by this fall. Located just off I-94, the Hampton Inn & Suites is close to downtown Menomonie, University of Wisconsin Stout and many other tourist attractions.

The hotel will feature standard brand amenities including free hot breakfast, complimentary Wi-Fi, a 24-hour business center and fitness center. Each guestroom will include HDTV, free in-room movie channels and coffeemaker.
