Everyone is invited to the fourth annual Free Health Day for Dunn County residents on Saturday Oct. 25, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Menomonie Middle School.

People can choose from nine medical exams or consultations and four non-medical services — doctor exams, blood pressure checks, cholesterol and glucose screening, flu shots, medication consultations, dental assessments, eye exams, chiropractic assessments, and mental health screening, plus financial coaching, oil changes, famly photos, and haircuts.

All services are free.

Last year, Free Health Day served 165 individuals/families with 257 adults and children receiving one or more services. Most requested several services and almost all got most of the services they requested

A free light lunch is available from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Services are available on first come, first served basis and are subject to change.

Free Health Day is sponsored by nine Menomonie area churches, Cedarbrook Church, Christ Lutheran Church, Menomonie Alliance Church, Menomonie United Methodist Church, Oak Ridge Brethren Church, Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, Peace Lutheran Church, St. Joseph Catholic Parish, Unitarian Society of Menomonie, and by Mayo Clinic Health System.
