The City of Menomonie and the School District of the Menomonie Area are pleased to announce a reception at 6:30 p.m. on Oct. 2 at the Dunn County Governmental Center, 800 Wilson Avenue, on the third floor of the South Wing in Menomonie, to celebrate 30 years of a sister city partnership between the City of Menomonie and Nasukarasuyama, Japan.
