First Congregational United Church of Christ continues its Monday night Progressive Christian Discussion series with ConvergenceUS: A National Network of Progressive Christians.

An instructor at UW-Stout and a United Methodist pastor, Kelly Lamon has had additional training in church planting and congregational development. She has a passion for studying the trends of faith and religion and is currently working with ConvergenceUS, a national network of progressive Christians who are resourcing each other across denominational lines.

The discussion will center around the future of the Christian church in North American through the lens of a life cycle: What's going to stick, what's going away, what's worth keeping, what's it going to look like in 30 years?

Discussions take place from 7 - 8:30 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall at First Congregational UCC, 420 Wilson Avenue, Menomonie. The public is invited to participate.
