Dean DeMoe has a rare, genetic form of Alzheimer's disease that makes up for just 1 percent of cases. It strikes early and has decimated his family. He is part of a research study at Washington University that studies families with this genetic mutation in hopes of finding treatment - and eventually a cure – for the disease.
