Maybe Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty should look into the welfare of people serving their government mandated punishments? Why are government mandated punishments not being protested against if the Wisconsin government cannot order mandates?

Cruel or unusual only applies to certain privileged Republicans in Wisconsin?
