On this episode of Rewind: Your Week in Review, Emilee and JR discuss what's ahead for the budget including the Department of Administration's request to be submitted Monday. Gov. Tony Evers says he can’t envision signing a budget that would lower the state’s top income tax rates as some Republicans have suggested. Evers also expressed skepticism about Assembly Speaker Robin Vos’ suggestion that Republicans could provide him a funding boost for K-12 education in exchange for universal school choice.
