Hands on Wisconsin: Who won the New Hampshire primary?

While Bernie Sanders "won" the New Hampshire primary Tuesday evening, he only received about 25% of the vote. It's clear Democratic primary voters are looking for a more moderate candidate like Pete Buttigieg or Amy Klobuchar.

In the wake of Tuesday's primary, the campaign for a seat on Wisconsin's Supreme Court kicks into high gear. While the race is ostensibly nonpartisan, it's clear that sitting Supreme Court Justice Daniel Kelly is supported by Republicans, and challenger Jill Karofsky is supported by Democrats. 

The State Legislature is poised to extend bar time until 4 a.m. during the Democratic National Convention which will be held in Milwaukee this July. If Bernie Sanders become the Democratic nominee, lots of moderate and establishment Democrats will need those extra hours to drown their sorrows.
