The University of Wisconsin women's hockey team will spend another week as the unanimous No. 1 team in the Division I women's poll.

The Badgers got all 15 first-place votes on Monday, making it the sixth straight week that the top spot has not been disputed.

UW (19-1, 10-0 Western Collegiate Hockey Association) has been No. 1 since Oct. 2 after being second to defending national champion Clarkson in the preseason rankings.

After sweeping Minnesota Duluth last weekend, the Badgers will close the first half with a series at St. Cloud State on Friday and Saturday.

Minnesota stayed No. 6 despite a home split with unranked Bemidji State. Ohio State, the other WCHA member in the top 10, fell two spots to seventh after a pair of ties with St. Cloud State.
