Stanley-Boyd senior Ben Turner has been named to the Wisconsin Football Coaches Association's all-state first team for the 2017 season at outside linebacker.

The 5-foot-10, 200-pound Turner was also an honorable mention selection at offensive utility. Stanley-Boyd senior wide receiver Brandon Herrick was an honorable mention as well for the Orioles.

Kimberly running back DJ Stewart was named the state's offensive player of the year, Kimberly defensive end Boyd Dietzen was chosen as defensive player of the year and Brookfield East's Jim Jacobsen was selected as the state's assistant coach of the year.
